We’re proud of the natural flavor of our oysters and usually enjoy them au naturel ourselves, but for those who like to spice things up we’ve developed our own chili oil to complement the natural notes of our oysters. A little goes a long way!

Ingredients: Gindungu (Capsicum frutescens), olive oil.
