Our oysters

We primarily produce the Crassostrea giga (Pacific oyster) and native Crassostrea angulata (Portuguese oyster).

Our oysters have a firm consistency and a pleasant sea taste, with a predominant sweet taste at the end, reflecting the production environment and the farming methods we use.

They delight with flavor notes beyond salty and sweet; delivering a delightful blend of meaty, nutty, buttery, melon, cucumber melon rind, mineral, metallic, and copper flavors.
